Our Depot, based in Jet Park, has a permanent opportunity available for a Parts Administrator. Strong organising and administration skills are necessary for this role, as well as a high respect for the timelines affecting the role and a team player attitude. Position Overview
The purpose of this role is to effectively manage the admin duties within the Europcar parts procurement division.
To assist in sourcing of back-order parts within the OEM dealer networks, timeously as per agreed standard operating procedures.

Specific Role Responsibilities
Job Outputs:
- Liaise with various OEMs through the dealerships or hubs.
- Assisting with parts quotes using individual OEM applications.
- Parts ordering – placing of parts orders accurately and timeously.
- Following up on orders placed.
- Ensuring ETAs are constantly monitored and updated.
- Releasing of completed orders to the relevant destinations.
- Resolving queries between the panel shops and suppliers (dealers).
- All other varied and general administrative duties not specified.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Experience
- 2 years of relevant administration or sales experience.
- 2 years of experience within a parts department.

Minimum Requirements
- Computer literacy with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience with either Kerridge/ADP or Drive.
- Parts interpretation skills using OEM catalogues (at least 1).
Important to note: The appointed person may be required to work weekends/shifts/overtime as required.
